July 4th Annual Steam Engine Parade
The Thomas - Mashburn Steam Engine Parade is an annual July 4th tradition in the City of Cumming. Thousands of people line the streets to celebrate Independence Day. With a wide variety of floats you’ll see local businesses, sports teams, dance academies, antique cars, tractors, steam engines and much more! The parade route travels south on Tribble Gap Road, starting at Forsyth Central High School and ending at the Cumming Fairgrounds.

Celebrate Independence Day with family and friends on Monday, July 4th! Cumming Fairgrounds will host a fun-filled evening from 4PM - 10PM, with a spectacular fireworks display to begin at 9:30PM. The celebration includes Music, Alcohol, Food and Vendors.

CITY OF CUMMING CHRISTMAS PARADE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR 2024
The 2024 City of Cumming Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2023. Parade start time is 5 p.m. with related road closures beginning at 4:30 p.m. The parade route is from Forsyth Central High School to the Cumming Fairgrounds via Tribble Gap/Castleberry Road.

City of Cumming Christmas Parade
It’s the most wonderful time of year in the City of Cumming! Hundreds of people line the streets to view the magical lighted parade on this festive night. The parade route travels south on Tribble Gap Road, starting at Forsyth Central High School and ending at the Cumming Fairgrounds. Following the parade, the Christmas Festival will begin at 6:00pm.
